What is the process for custom commissions?
We require a $2000.00 deposit to meet with and have conversations with Russ. A design concept is decided upon. Along with a budget for your endeavors. The deposit is applied to your payment, drawings are then made of the actual items or environments for your approval.
Are the items on the website currently available for purchase?
We stock many of our designs. Most are left unfinished until we have an order placed. We then finish as per our colors or to your specs. Which usually takes two weeks. If we are currently out of stock the turnaround time is usually 6-8 weeks.
What are some projects that you have overseen?
We have done everything from raising an entire house up a level so a first story could be built underneath the original structure, to closing an Avenue in Manhattan to put a crane in place for putting furniture through windows. Also we lend a hand to clients that just need some inspiration finalizing the details. We have a full team of experts standing beside Russ’ decades of knowledge.
